Jim Kenney

Jim is a Vice President who concentrates in the Central Business District of Minneapolis. Jim focuses primarily within the office leasing market, and this has provided him with several opportunities to buy and sell assets for clients and third party investors. His eleven years of experience is evidenced through his abiilty to understand the client's needs while identifying the universe of potential real estate solutions. Jim and his downtown team provide core competency in office project leasing, subleasing, tenant representation, and building sales/dispositions. Over the last five years, Jim has closed 293 transactions totaling 3.6 million square feet.
