Jim Kaplan

Jim is the Principal Broker for Triad Properties, a multi-disciplined real estate operating company that offers development, management and investment services. As a commercial real estate broker practitioner for the past 20 years, Jim handles all facets of commercial real estate including retail, office, land and investment properties including 1031 tax exchange transactions. Prior to joining Triad, Jim worked for an international corporation accountable for all real estate transactions including office leases and developing new properties. Jim has served as President of NALCOM (North Alabama Commercial Real Estate practitioners group) in 2004 where he spearheaded and implemented the first Commercial MLS listing service in the state of Alabama. He was named to the Alabama Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Board (JDRF), was the states Outreach Chairman, as well as a Research Information Volunteer. Jim also served as President of Huntsville Hospital’s Foundation Board, Development Council. Jim received his B.S. degree in Economics from the University of Denver.
