Jim Holbrook

Jim Holbrook joined the NAI Isaac August 2006. Holbrook is a licensed real estate agent and has been in the commercial real estate field since 1999, managing and leasing office, retail and industrial use space. Holbrook’s initial service with NAI Isaac was in the management of office and retail properties in Central Kentucky. As a sales/leasing associate, Holbrook is experienced in the sale and leasing of office and industrial real estate. Holbrook represents both Landlords and Tenants. With his property management experience, Holbrook has the unique perspective of the fiscal responsibilities of property ownership balanced with tenant requirements for use of leased space. As a Tenant Representative, Holbrook excels in his ability to help his clients evaluate their commercial real estate needs and achieve their objectives in locating and their commercial real estate site and negotiating the final transaction.
