Jim Hennessy

Experienced business-to-business marketing aerospace executive generating $14 billion in commercial jet aircraft sales from the world’s largest airline companies in Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Americas. This business background and experience for 37 years allows him to deliver successful commercial real estate transactions with contract knowledge, marketing & financial acumen, and superlative interpersonal skills. Jim was a Senior Corporate Economist in his early years with McDonnell Douglas in Long Beach, California. He then joined new aircraft sales for Europe and advanced to Vice President, Commercial Sales-Europe, and later for Asia. He lived and worked as a senior executive in London for McDonnell Douglas and in Hong Kong for Boeing Commercial Airplanes achieving global business experience and knowledge of investment and procurement processes. Jim has specialized in industrial commercial real estate with Westcord for seven years in the Conejo Valley and Ventura County. He represents building owners for sales and leasing as well as buyers and tenants. He has been responsible for sales and leasing valued at $10 million and is known for his excellent reputation in commercial real estate business community. Graduate of California State University Long Beach with a B.A. degree in Economics and emphasis in mathematics. Jim lives in Westlake Village, California with his wife of 35 years and daughter. He currently holds a California Bureau of Real Estate Broker’s license and is a member of AIR Commercial Real Estate Association.
