Jim Hanking

Jim grew up in Arlington and attended Texas A & M University as well as the University of Texas at Arlington. After college, Jim was in the restaurant industry as a managing partner and consultant when he decided to earn his Real Estate Broker certification in 2007. Since then he has represented clients in the purchasing, selling and leasing of properties throughout North Texas as well as offering his restaurant consulting services to several clients. Jim jumped back in to Commercial Real Estate in 2018. He brings over a decade of real estate knowledge and over 30 years of restaurant/retail expertise to the team. When he is not working Jim enjoys playing golf and traveling with his family. Jim and his wife Debi just celebrated 25 years of marriage. They have two daughters Sydney and Samantha.
