Jim Graham, SIOR, is an executive managing director at Newmark’s Dallas office. Jim focuses on providing strategic consulting services that enables office clients throughout the Dallas region and across the United States to create workspaces that increase productivity, cash flow and profits. A 31-year commercial real estate veteran, Jim has closed transactions in over 203 cities in the U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska, in addition to Puerto Rico and Canada. With his detailed knowledge of current industry and market trends, Jim specializes in reducing his clients’ operating costs, improving their work environments and streamlining their real estate processes. He is known for his strong negotiating skills and well-established relationships with select clients and industry professionals. Prior to joining Newmark, Jim was an executive vice president and three-time Top Producer in the office division of Colliers International. Previously, he was a Top Producer and principal at Transwestern, where he represented corporate clients on a national scale. Additional experience includes an executive vice president role at Fisher & Co., and The Staubach Company, where he was named Rookie of the Year in 1986. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Jim worked as a certified public accountant for Ernst & Ernst.
