Jim Graham

After several years as a PGA Professional and business development positions with First American Title Insurance and Regency Bank SBA Lending, Jim Graham began his commercial real estate career in 2000 here at Fortune Associates as part of a new retail division. Responsibilities included leasing & sales of retail properties, tenant & landlord representation, and retail development. In 2004 Jim was asked to join a new retail brokerage firm, Retail California, here in Fresno serving in the same capacity. In 2009 Mr. Graham joined Grubb & Ellis/Pearson Commercial's Fresno Office Division as Vice President specializing in the sale & leasing of office properties, tenant & landlord representation, and commercial investments. Jim has returned to Fortune Associates where he leverages his experience in office, retail and office/warehouse properties to benefit his clients with a multi-faceted background in real estate related services. He has an established reputation as a detail oriented & diligent advocate, always focusing on his clients' interests, goals & desires. Jim has resided in Fresno since 1976, is married since 1987, and has two children. Outside interests include faith, family, the beach, golf, movies & travel. Jim is a graduate of California State University, Fresno, class of 1984 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.
