Jim began his real estate career in 2001 in California with ERA and quickly distinguished himself as a dedicated professional. In 2003, he opened his own brokerage, JEA Realty. Seeking new opportunities, Jim moved to Montana in 2006, where he established Antelope Realty of Montana. By 2011, he expanded his ventures with the launch of Organic Forces Real Estate, also based in Montana. Prior to his real estate career, Jim gained valuable experience in the corporate sector, which honed his skills in marketing, negotiation, and client relations.
