Jim Estus

During Jim's 30-year real estate career, he established a diversified background representing buyers and sellers and landlords and tenants in their industrial real estate requirements, including the sale and acquisition of vacant land, sales and leasing, investment sales and build-to-suits in the Chicagoland area. For 20 years, he specialized in the western, southwestern and northwestern industrial areas of O’Hare and Cook, DuPage, Will, Kendall and Grundy Counties. He has personally completed more than 500 transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $1.7 billion. Prior to joining Colliers International, he spent 18 years with Cushman & Wakefield, where he was a senior director in the Industrial/Technology Group.
