In 2023, Jim celebrated over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry in Tulsa, Oklahoma. His career in the business commenced in the mid-1990s with P & H Properties, where he served as a property manager and leasing agent for their retail portfolio. Subsequently, he transitioned to Paradigm Realty Advisors, taking on the roles of property manager and leasing agent for their high-rise office portfolio. In 2001, he decided to pursue his dream and established his own firm. He currently holds the positions of Owner and Managing Broker at Dittus Company L.L.C. Commercial Real Estate Services. Before venturing into commercial real estate, he owned and operated his construction company, Deck Masters of Tulsa, for over 15 years. His extensive industry expertise primarily lies in the sale, acquisition, and leasing of commercial real estate. Additionally, he has successfully represented both buyers and sellers in various residential transactions. Born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, he harbors a deep passion for his hometown and is dedicated to assisting clients with their commercial real estate needs. With a commitment to professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and genuine enthusiasm, he devotes 100% of his efforts to helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
