Jim Cavanaugh

Cavanaugh has more than 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, most recently working as a vice president at CBRE Milwaukee. He has leased or sold more than 5 million square feet of office space with a transactional value of $400 million. Cavanaugh has worked on notable Milwaukee projects including the leasing and sale of 411 E. Wisconsin Ave. and Schlitz Park, and has worked with notable clients such as Middleton Partners, Riverview Realty Partners, US Bank and Smart Choice MRI. Cavanaugh is a member of the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Realtors Association and the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
