Jim was raised on the eastside of Greenville, and after service in the United States Army, returned to the Palmetto state where he met and married Debbie, his wife of over thirty years, graduated from the University of South Carolina, and began his real estate career in 1994. In 1997, he gained his Broker’s license and ventured into the commercial real estate realm with one of the largest commercial brokerages in South Carolina. For over twenty years now Jim has honed his skills as a real estate broker, working with and leading teams of professionals in such areas as resort sales and development, new construction, residential and commercial services. Jim’s a problem solver. Whether it’s identifying the best location for a new start-up business, relocating an expanding prior client, or assisting in developing an entire new plan to meet the real estate needs of a growing business, Jim’s efforts to provide a thorough analysis and recommendations, so that his clients can make a well educated decision are always appreciated. When not working, Jim can be found cycling or mountain biking in the gorgeous parks throughout the area, enjoying downtown Greenville with his wife and friends, or doting on his granddaughter.
