Mr. Bollerman has been directly involved with the development, planning and construction of over 17 million square feet of commercial, industrial and residential space in New Jersey. The companies or projects he has directed have won numerous awards including the 1991 NAIOP Developer of the Year, The Monmouth-Ocean Development Council Silver Gull Award, New Jersey Business & Industry Association New Good Neighbor Award and The New Jersey State Conference of Bricklayers and Allied Craftsman-Annual Masonry Award. Major projects underway at present include the following: Freehold Colonial Campus, Allaire Corporate Campus and Parkway Falls Corporate Campus. In addition to the development company, Mr. Bollerman founded Bollerman Real Estate Services to provide consulting, master planning, asset management and property management services to select corporate and institutional entities. Clients currently include Merrill Lynch, New Jersey Resources Corp., Sun Development and Management, Controlware, Inc., Transworld Oil Corporation, Taylor - Simpson Group, and Merrimack Investment Corporation. Prior to starting his own companies, Mr. Bollerman was president and chief executive officer of Commercial Realty & Resources Corp. (CR&R), a wholly-owned real estate development subsidiary of New York Stock Exchange listed New Jersey Resources Corporation, a $1 billion holding company. Prior to working with CR&R, Mr. Bollerman was vice president and assistant to the chairman of New Jersey Resources Corporation, where he was responsible for special projects including evaluation and assessment of new business opportunities. Prior to that, he was an assistant to a cabinet officer in the State of New Jersey where he was responsible for drafting policy statements and served as a liaison to the Governor's office and other cabinet offices. Mr. Bollerman is a graduate of Seton Hall University and Seton Hall University School of Law. In addition, he attended The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and New York University. Mr. Bollerman is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Real Estate Section, the American Bar Association, and former member of the Board of Trustee of the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Industrial & Office Parks (NAIOP). Mr. Bollerman is a member of the Urban Land Institute, a former member of the Camp Evans Military Base Closure Committee. He currently serves on the Board of the Audit Committee of the Municipal Excess Liability Insurance Fund of New Jersey, the Meridian Quality Care Board and on the Advisory Boards of Troast Realty Enterprises and Two River Community Bank. He is a former member of the New Jersey Resources Board of Directors serving on its finance committee.
