Jim Bergeron

Jim Bergeron, Broker Associate with Baird & Warner, has more than 20 years of experience in business and real estate. Jim started his career in hospitality management – stemming from his passion for working with people. His entrepreneurial spirit and ‘can-do’ attitude eventually led to Jim owning popular downtown Naperville restaurants, including Jimmy’s Grill. As a small business owner, Jim recognized early on the impact that a strong and vibrant economy has on the quality-of-life for residents of his community. With that in mind, Jim has dedicated much his time over the last 20 years towards working with fellow residents, business owners and elected officials in a variety of community organizations including: -Naperville Area Chamber of Chamber – Proud Member since 1999, Past Chair Legislative Committee, Past Chair NACPAC -Downtown Naperville Alliance – Founding Member, Past Chairman of the Board (elected six years running) -Naperville Restaurant Association – Board Member -Naperville Citizens Police Academy -Hawthorne Credit Union – Past Chairman of the Board -First Community Bank of Naperville – Founding Board Member -Stillwater Homeowners Association -North Central College Community Leadership Program
