Jim embarked on his investment real estate career after purchasing the No Money Down Program by Carleton Sheets which inspired him to buy his first investment property without his own capital. An avid entrepreneur, Jim has been an active investor throughout the US, including, the San Francisco area, Minneapolis, Detroit, and the Washington, D.C. area, where he was also a licensed real estate professional. In 2001, Jim collaborated with 2 partners to launch an international satellite communications consulting firm and steadily grew it to nearly $3 million in gross sales by the second year. However, the business wound up due to the changing business environment after 9/11 and his partners opting out. He then acquired a franchise he grew from the ground up and sold it in 2007. A trusted resource in evaluating real estate investment prospects, Jim’s experience and a sharp eye for detail allow him to see the value that is often overlooked. This added perspective benefits his clients as they can access properties with great investment returns. Jim is well known for selling properties that have sat on the market languishing with no viable offers. A savvy negotiator as well as a tenant and landlord representative, Jim works tactfully to ensure that all parties to a deal achieve optimal results. Originally from Monroeville, PA, and currently residing in North East, PA, Jim is a devoted family man to his wife and two children; Alisha and April. He is also a former Master of his Masonic Lodges in Allentown and North East, where he currently serves as a Secretary, and actively volunteers for community service activities.
