Jill Rassbach Pember

She has innovative marketing experience, professionalism, solid negotiating skills, and a dedicated work ethic. She became a licensed Realtor in 1996 and sold with her father in summers during her college years. Upon graduation, she took a job with Ford Motor Company doing corporate consulting with Ford Lincoln Mercury Dealers in the Midwest on profitability, strategic marketing plans, inventory needs, customer satisfaction procedures, and best selling practices. In 2007, she returned to the family business. Jill has a lot of pride in her hometown of Menomonie and is involved with many community organizations. She has served on the steering committee for the Greater Menomonie Area Chamber of Commerce - Young Professionals and the Mabel Tainter Center for the Arts Board of Directors. Outside of work, Jill loves her family time. She and her husband, Brent, have two young boys that keep them very busy. With her acquired skill set and knowledge of the area, Jill has the skills necessary to assist in your real estate needs.
