Jill Morton

Jill Morton is one of the Senior Vice Presidents of Capital Growth Properties, specializing in the leasing and selling of retail, office, industrial, and multi-family properties. She returned to CGP in 2013 after a 13-year tenure with the company spanning 1983 to 1996. In addition to 26 years of professional experience, Jill brings to CGP a passion for creating mutually beneficial unions between landlords and tenants and buyers and sellers that is rare in our industry. Jill earned her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in 1985. Prior to that, she graduated from the University of San Diego with a bachelor of science in business administration. When Jill is not busy making ideal real estate matches, she can often be found enjoying the great outdoors.
