The focal point of her work has been in office and retail leasing, commercial sales, and landlord and tenant representation. She is also responsible for overseeing the Property Management of office space in Mobile County. Before joining Stirling in 2014, Mrs. Meeks served as Vice President of John Toomey & Company for twenty-one years and was instrumental in the company’s development through acquisitions, sales, and leasing. She began her career in Commercial Real Estate at Roberts Brothers, Inc., where she worked for two years in the Commercial Department before joining Lyon Properties, Inc. to work with Mr. Billy Lyon and Mr. John Toomey. Mrs. Meeks worked there for four years before Mr. Toomey opened his own company and hired her. Mrs. Meeks is involved with the Mobile Area Association of Realtors and previously served on the board of directors. In addition, she is an active member of the Mobile Commercial Real Estate Exchange group, where she served as the organization’s 2017 President. She has earned numerous awards and recognition for her commercial transactions and sales volume, including Stirling’s Bronze Award in 2017-2019 and Silver Award in 2016 and 2021. She was also the recipient of the 2018 and 2022 Power Broker Award from CoStar.
