Jhon Pacheco

Jhon Pacheco is a Senior Associate at CBRE and one of the rising stars for the company. Prior to his role as a Senior Associate, Jhon was a marketing and research analyst with CBRE. In his new role as a broker, he combines his knowledge of the market with a passion and drive to negotiate superior outcomes for his clients. Through his creative and detail-oriented approach to real estate, Jhon has helped nonprofit organizations maximize funds, generated large shareholder exit-value via savings to tech firms, and successfully implemented new strategies for large municipal real estate portfolios. Jhon also heads HOLA, CBRE’s Hispanic and Latino Business Group for the Washington, DC region. In this role, Jhon helps CBRE promote diversity and inclusion while being a leader in the commercial real estate community attracting and motivating LatinX workforce. Jhon also works to partner with CBRE’s African American Networking Group, Women’s Network Group and others to collaborate on causes and events.
