Jessica is the Managing Principal and President of Lee & Associates – East Bay. In her 14 year history at Lee & Associates, she has built an extensive resume with an emphasis in RETAIL and INVESTMENT SALES. She is experienced in site selection, leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions. Her resume includes the representation of Tenants and Landlords in all sectors, including industrial and office types. She has been active in the East Bay commercial real estate market since 2006. In addition to being an active retail and investment broker, Jessica manages the operations of the Pleasanton office where she oversees over 20 agents and staff. As Broker of Record and Manager, she is responsible for day to day operations and administration functions of the company. Jessica is leader within the Lee & Associate organization, actively participating and moderating Lee & Associates Retail Specialty Group calls and conferences nationally. She has placed an emphasis in bringing awareness of the commercial real estate industry to women, a group that has traditionally been under represented. Through internships and hiring of female agents, Jessica has brought diversity to her own office in hopes to see that trend continue on a regional and national level. As an East Bay native, Jessica has a range of leasing and tenant representation assignments that stretch the entire Bay Area. She is the local market expert, honing in on the Tri-Valley and 580/680 corridor, providing unparalleled market knowledge. She has completed nearly $450 million of lease and sale transactions over her career. Jessica has been consistently recognized by Costar, named one of the “Top Producers” and "Power Broker" in the East Bay Retail Market since 2012. In 2021 Jessica was honored as a recipient of "Top 10 Women of Influence in California Real Estate" by Connect Media. In 2022 Jessica was recognized by GlobeSt.com as "Women of Influence" for investment sales and named a national Retail Influencer.
