Jessica is a Senior Vice President with the Advisory & Transaction Services group with dedicated focus on increasing asset value to office properties she represents. . Jessica has also worked directly on the institutional ownership side of the business and as such, understands the significant impact her leasing efforts have on the valuation of a property. Her institutional background and creative nature are what set her apart. Prior to joining CBRE, Inc., Jessica lead the Landlord Agency team and prior to that was the Managing Broker and Leasing Director at John Hancock Real Estate where she oversaw the leasing of a 4.5 million square foot portfolio located within the southeast. Prior to joining John Hancock, Jessica spent six years in Landlord Representation working with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank exclusively representing local, regional, and institutional owners.
