Jesse Sutherland joined TOK Commercial’s Magic Valley brokerage team in 2023, offering clients a wealth of experience in real estate as well as business acquisitions and dispositions. Jesse specializes in the leasing and sales of office, retail, industrial, and commercial development properties. Prior to joining TOK Commercial, Jesse was a top-producing residential real estate agent and successful entrepreneur, spending ten years running one of Twin Falls’ favorite full-service restaurants. Jesse’s skills in negotiations and deal-making strategies offer clients a clear, competitive advantage in buying and selling commercial real estate properties.
