Jess comes to SVN The Masiello Group after a career with Yum! Brands (Taco Bell, KFC, and Pizza Hut) where he drove development in roles such as Director of Real Estate & Construction, Franchise Development Director, Market Planner, and Director of Franchise Operations. He touched more than 350 new restaurant development projects, 500 remodels, and analyzed more than 1,800 retail trade areas throughout the US market while at Yum! Brands. He was also the VP of Leasing and Director of Retail Strategy for Boston area commercial real estate firms. Jess is a CCIM candidate and will be sitting for the designation exam in April 2023. He has an MBA in finance and is a CCIM Designee. He is also active in ICSC, New England Retail Dealmakers, SVN's Retail Product Council, and NHCIBOR.
