Jesse Danzig

Jesse Danzig is a premier tenant representative assisting end-users with their commercial real estate requirements out of the firm’s West Los Angeles office. As a member of the Corporate Services Group (CSG), Jesse represents a portfolio of local and national companies ranging from creative users to Fortune 50 companies. Over the course of his real estate career, Jesse has managed an extensive list of complex projects and represented multiple transactions each year. Jesse has advised clients through a number of unique transactions including new leases, expansions, downsizes and subleases ranging from 1,500 to 100,000-plus square feet. As part of CSG, Jesse works on high-volume accounts as well as sophisticated material transactions. In addition, Jesse is experienced in conducting in-depth, multi-market studies to identify the optimal locations for clients based on demographic studies, financial analyses and available economic incentives. Prior to joining Savills in 2013 Jesse was a broker for Marcus & Millichap, a California-based commercial real estate firm. While there he assisted clients in completing transactions in the competitive Hollywood and West Hollywood markets, all while building his practice. Before opening the door to real estate, Jesse worked for various media agencies booking artists and planning events.
