Jesse Cox

Jesse Cox is a sales associate of Maddux and Company and a skilled and experienced property manager. His current focus is in office and warehouse sales and leasing. He also specializes in online marketing and promotion of properties that appeal to national and global markets. Jesse currently manages and leases over 400,000 Sq Ft of office, industrial, and retail space throughout South Florida. Jesse has exclusively represented several prestigious commercial and corporate tenants, finding specialized properties and negotiating leases for unique uses or specific client requirements. Before joining the firm in 2016, Jesse had a diverse industry background and has experience in IT, marketing, and web design. In addition he worked in the Facilities Management industry. His main areas of expertise were in negotiating service contracts and working with contractors to estimate, bid on, and manage projects for local and state government, and several national corporations. His educational background is a B.S. in Applied Communication from Appalachian State University.
