Jerry Ward

Jerry Ward, CCIM, is the Managing Director at SVN | The Martin Group, specializing in Commercial and Industrial sales and leasing, site selection, and tenant representation in Kentucky and Southern Indiana. With a career spanning back to 1978, Ward has held positions such as past president and director of the Kentucky CCIM Chapter. He is an active member of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors and the Kentucky Commercial Real Estate Alliance (KCREA). Ward holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) professional designation, conferred by the Center of Fiduciary Studies in association with the University of Pittsburgh’s Center for Executive Education. Additionally, Ward has shared his expertise as a speaker and panel moderator at International Commercial Real Estate Conferences from 1993 to 2000. Engaged in his community, Ward is affiliated with the Jeffersontown and Bullitt County Chambers of Commerce, Greater Louisville, Inc., the Louisville Better Business Bureau, the Kosair Shrine Club, and has been a member of the Louisville Downtown Rotary Club. He is recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International and is an active member of Hurstbourne Christian Church, having served as Past Chairman of the Administrative Council. Ward's commitment to community service extends to his involvement on various boards, including the University of Louisville Board of Overseers and the Scottish Rite Foundation. Notably, Ward dedicated 17 years to the Board of Kosair Charities, Inc., a prominent regional charity focused on providing medical care for children.
