As the Broker/Owner of Sharkey Real Estate, Jerry is uniquely qualified to represent commercial and residential real estate buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants, He spent over 30 years in the corporate real estate field retiring as Vice President of Real Estate from 2 different multi-national companies. During that time he was responsible for hundreds of transactions worth over $750 million with responsibility for all phases of the real estate process including negotiation of sale and lease terms for the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate throughout the US, Canada and the Philippines. Since then he has been representing buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in the Greater Dayton and northern Cincinnati areas. He holds a B.S. degree from Liberty University.
