From the time he was born, he was destined to be in the real estate business. His father was a general contractor for over forty years. His mother owned Helene McAlpin Real Estate and was consistently top producer at the local boards throughout her career. After graduating from Loyola High School, he went on to a rewarding academic and football career at the University of San Diego, earning a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. Because of his mother's untimely death, he began to handle the management of the family Real estate. In 1986, he became a licensed real estate agent and worked in a small office in Westchester. In November of 1988 he became a licensed Real Estate Broker and opened McAlpin & Company - Real Estate Investment Brokers. In the last 33 years, during a variety of market conditions, McAlpin & Company has become recognized as the leader in residential income property sales. They have closed over 500 real estate transactions, working with first time buyers to National Banks. He is looking forward to working with you.
