Jerod Freeland

Jerod Freeland serves as Senior Vice President with Foundry Commercial on the Central Florida Industrial Team. His experience on both the Landlord and Tenant side of the business allows Jerod to have perspective from both angles resulting in creative deal structures. He has a passion for building strong, lasting relationships with his clients by taking genuine interest in the individual and understanding the most important aspects of the clients’ business. Prior to entering commercial real estate, Jerod spent over a decade in heavy industrial and warehouse equipment sales giving him an advantage when it comes to anticipating industrial client needs. Jerod previously served as Senior Associate with Millenia Partners on their retail team. In his role with Millenia, he represented several restaurants and retailers in their expansion and helped substantially decrease vacancy for Landlords.
