Jeremy Shirley is a dynamic entrepreneur and real estate expert with a strong passion for building thriving communities. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Business from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, where he co-founded the Entrepreneurship & Innovation club and contributed to several start-up companies. He also started a real estate investment and management portfolio that laid the foundation for his successful career. As a key member of the team that developed and executed the vision for Catalyst Campus, Jeremy proved his talent for strategic planning and project management. Since joining the Olive Real Estate Group in 2016, he has facilitated over $120 million in sales and leasing transactions, earning numerous accolades such as the 2018 Rookie Broker of the Year and the Colorado Springs Business Journal Rising Stars Class of 2018. He has also been recognized for his outstanding achievements by Costar Quarterly Power Broker awards. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Jeremy has actively contributed to the growth and success of his community. He has served on the board of Peak Start Up, the National Institute for Social Impact, and the Southern Colorado Commercial Brokers.
