Jeremy Reed has over 23 years of experience in commercial real estate where he specialized in the representation of both tenants and landlords in the leasing, disposition, and acquisition of commercial properties. He has been involved in many different types of offices projects, ranging from tenant representation transactions to extensive landlord representation. Some of these projects include the leasing and sale of Woodward Center, Guarantee Financial Center, and North Pointe office properties; the liquidation of Calliwide Bank/Westamerica Bank branches; the consolidation of Pacific Gas & Electric, Fresno; and the release of Cigna campus in Visalia, California. Mr. Reed has spent a great deal of time aggressively working Palm Buffs Corporate Center, a 235-acre business park in Fresno, where he has several landlord representation assignments benefiting from his exceptional marketing talent and outstanding dedication to customer service. Mr. Reed has also been involved in numerous tenant representation assignments. His proactive approach to client positioning adds value by fostering an environment in which the client places trust in the broker. Mr. Reed's expertise in transaction management, acquisition and disposition, strategic planning and project management has given his clients the ability to make informed decisions. Mr. Reed Began his professional real estate career in 1995 at CB Richard Ellis, where he established working relationships with developers, appraisers, and landers, as well as governmental agencies and organizations such as the Economic Development Corporation serving Fresno County and the Fresno Chamber of Commerce.
