Jeremy Peterson

Jeremy Peterson is a Capital Markets and Acquisitions Associate at St. Croix Capital Realty Advisors. As a Capital Markets associate Jeremy’s main responsibility is to assist in creatively identifying risk-adjusted opportunities for the firm and its investors. Jeremy focuses on maintaining and growing relationships with investment banks, life insurance groups, specialty finance companies, loan servicers, and rating agencies in order to offer complete commercial real estate capital markets services to clients. In addition to his capital markets work, Jeremy also focuses on project leasing, tenant representation, and investment sales. Outside of the office, Jeremy enjoys playing golf, watching Jeopardy, and cheering on his beloved New England sports teams.
