Jeremy Miller

Jeremy provides strategic advisory services to Owners and Tenants of investment, professional and medical office properties in the Greater Toledo area. His experience in business development, coupled with his understanding of the local office market dynamics and identifying needs enable him to quickly and efficiently provide results for his clients. Throughout his over 20-year career, Jeremy has completed over 575 sale and lease transactions totaling over 2.4 million square feet of professional and medical office space in excess of $150 million in transaction value. Jeremy graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Marketing/Management and Communications. While attending school in Ann Arbor, Jeremy walked on to play football for the Wolverines, eventually earning a scholarship and helped Michigan win three Big Ten Football titles and one National Championship. Jeremy was a three-time University of Michigan Academic Achievement honoree and served as a Special Teams Captain in his final season. Residing in Holland, Jeremy is passionate about raising awareness and research dollars for pediatric brain cancer research and serves as President of The University of Michigan Alumni Club of Greater Toledo. He enjoys spending time with his Golden Doodle Josie, exercising, boating and spending time with family and friends in his free time.
