Jeremy Hankins

Jeremy has sold real estate in Midwestern Ohio fulltime for over 25 years & Co-Owner of Bell Hankins Realty Group LLC. He is experienced in residential, farm, waterfront, commercial, and investment properties & has a unique concept of being mobile to better serve his clients. It's not uncommon for Jeremy to meet his clients in the middle of a farm field, at the client's kitchen table, or the client's place of work. Mobility equals better service for you. Jeremy grew up on a farm in rural Wyandot County & graduated from Riverdale School District. He now resides in West Liberty, OH. He enjoys attending various activities involving his children & spending time with his wife Kim (King). He previously served various positions on the Logan County Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors as Vice Chairman in 2009, Chairman Elect in 2010, & Chairman of the Board in 2011. Chamber Finance Committee member in 2009 - 2011. Committee member of the Logan County CIC 2011. Served as Past Chairman of the Chamber Board of Directors in 2012. He has also been involved with Business Networking International since 2001, currently serves on the Village of West Liberty planning commission, and serves as a board member of The People's Savings & Loan Company of West Liberty / Jackson Center. Jeremy earned his Associate Degree of Applied Business in Business Management in 2015 from Hondros College of Business and earned his Ohio Real Estate Broker License in 2016. He is a licensed F.A.A. Part 107 commercial drone pilot and uses it to uniquely market rural properties for the clients of Bell Hankins Realty Group LLC.
