Jeremy Friedman

In 2006, Jeremy co-founded Kaloosa Builders in Fairhope, AL. Under his leadership, Kaloosa built Alabama’s first green-certified home and one of the state’s first LEED-certified commercial projects. Transitioning to commercial real estate in 2011, Jeremy joined retail developer Pate Holdings in Tuscaloosa, AL, focusing on asset disposition. His commercial career progressed at Bellator Commercial Real Estate, where he met Grant Reaves, leading to the founding of Stoic Equity Partners. In 2018, Jeremy co-founded Katapult Properties with Geoff Lane as a vehicle to assist clients with the acquisition and disposition of commercial and investment properties. Leveraging their extensive experience, Jeremy and his partner Geoff bring valuable perspective to navigating both commercial and residential real estate processes. As Broker, Jeremy emphasizes legal compliance, while as Principal, he oversees the growth and direction of the firm.
