Jeremy Brandow

Jeremy moved to Champaign to attend the University of Illinois in 1992 where he graduated with a BA degree in Philosophy in 1997. While attending school and also working in the evenings at a great local restaurant establishment, Alexander's Steak House, he began his real estate career working for a local real estate investment entrepreneur. It was in 2000 that Jeremy began building my own portfolio of rental property and further advanced his career in real estate by joining the team at Royse & Brinkmeyer Apartments as a Property Manager and Leasing Agent. His hands on education continued in 2003 when he co-founded the company Champaign Heating & Air Inc, an HVAC company that still services commercial and residential customers throughout Central Illinois. He helped build the company as it achieved over 100% growth in revenue each year that he owned it. He sold his half of the company in 2005 and his real estate career expanded once again. In 2008 Jeremy joined forces with of the Champaign County Association of Realtors as a Licensed Broker and Realtor. Then in 2009 he earned a Certified Residential Appraiser's license, and in 2013 started his own appraisal firm, Brandow Real Estate Appraisals. In 2014 he proudly joined Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group and continue to provide professional brokerage services for home buyers and sellers throughout Central Illinois.
