Over Jeremy’s career, he has completed in excess of $350,000,000 in transactions, solidifying his reputation as a trusted advisor in the industry. With significant experience in retail development, property management, investment sales, and tenant representation, Jeremy provides comprehensive solutions to meet clients’ unique investment goals. Jeremy’s collaborative approach and industry relationships with developers, property owners, and tenants allow him to navigate complex transactions effectively. A graduate of the University of Southern California, Jeremy earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development & Finance from the Price School of Public Policy, Management & Planning. Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife, Daniela, and their three children. Jeremy also coaches his son’s soccer team, “Les Bleus”, instilling teamwork and passion for the game in his players.
