After 24 years in the Colorado Real Estate Industry, there isn’t much Jeremiah hasn’t seen or done. This Colorado native started his career at 19 years of age in the Multi Family Leasing arena. Jeremiah cut his teeth as an Independent Leasing Consultant specializing in new construction lease ups for major Multi-Family companies and REITS such as JPI, AMLI, etc. By the age of 24, he had leased space from Boulder to Castle Rock with an outstanding closing ratio and a reputation as one of the best in the business. He then transitioned into being a licensed Colorado Real Estate agent in the summer of 2004, specializing in single family home and condo sales. After two years of successful experience in Residential Real Estate, the Commercial side of the business was presented to Jeremiah by a veteran Commercial Broker as something he would excel at, so he dove in the summer of 2006. After a handful of years at Space Commercial Real Estate and running his own firm, 5280 Commercial Real Estate, Jeremiah took his skills to the team at John Propp Commercial Group in the spring of 2011. Jeremiah spent 12 years expertly helping clients navigate both Landlord and Tenant leasing as well as Investment and Owner/User Sales, both on the Buyer and Seller side. Over his career, Jeremiah has become an expert of in-depth contract negotiations, exploring and overcoming environmental contamination & structural defects, facilitating 1031 tax deferred exchanges, conducting in-depth investment property underwriting, amongst a host of many other skills. His keys to success have come from always putting his client’s needs above everything else and consistently exemplifying impeccable integrity. On a personal note - Jeremiah loves to volunteer, give back to the community, and spend time with his wife and three children. He is currently serving his first term as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Castle Pines and has been coaching Rec League Youth Basketball for many years. Jeremiah founded APEX Real Estate Advisors in the Spring of 2023 and is looking to hire Commercial & Residential Brokers that want to learn from a goal-driven market leader with over 20 years of sales/leasing experience.
