Our primary objective was to develop and sale these hotels. 1991-1995 Mid South Hotel Brokers, Affiliate Brokers with hotel brokerage firm. In 1995 I was the Top Salesman for Hotel and Motel Brokers of America in the South Central Region of The United States. I was the second highest producer in the Nation as an affiliate broker selling 10 hotels with a transaction volume of $31,000,000. The number one producer sold 11 hotels. 1995-Present Sunbelt Hotel Brokers, LLC, Chief Manager of a Hotel Brokerage Firm specializing in the sale of hotels. Sunbelt is licensed as a real estate broker in the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee. Additionally, we have affiliations throught the United States.
