Jerad Spencer is a Texas licensed Realtor and broker with Spencer Real Estate Company, serving Beaumont, Vidor, Orange, and Southeast Texas. Over the past five years he's closed near 500 transactions, a mix of commercial and residential, working with buyers and sellers across a wide range of property types: starter homes, land to new construction, distressed properties, investment, commercial, and lots of rehabbed homes!
