Jennifer Raymond

Jennifer is a land specialist focused on local, regional and national tenant representation as well as development and several office, industrial and retail projects. Jennifer has worked in the commercial real estate & economic development fields in the Houston region for over 20 years. Over the past several years, she has closed over $270 million in land, office, retail, and industrial lease and sale transactions. These transactions vary from single tenant to multi tenant buildings and free standing buildings. Jennifer has purchased over 13,000 acres of land sites for mixed use, commercial, and residential development for clients. She has formed partnerships to develop commercial projects in Telfair Master Planned Community and along I-69 in the suburban area in the Houston region. She is currently consulting on two large mixed use developments on US 59/I-69 in Fort Bend County, TX. She has served in many leadership roles in a variety of professional and community organizations throughout her career. She serves as a mentor to graduate students as well as young professionals in her field.
