Jennifer Kapur

Jennifer Kapur has been a commercial real estate broker since 1989. Specializing in the leasing and sales of office properties in the Inland Empire, Jennifer currently dominates the Riverside market with over 30% of all the office building listings. Jennifer joined the Lee & Associates Riverside office in 1991. Jennifer was appointed Partner/Vice President with the Riverside office of Lee & Associates in 1994. Jennifer achieved Senior Partner status in 1996. After graduating from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering she attended Pepperdine University and obtained a Masters of Business Administration. She is currently halfway towards her goal of earning a CCIM Designation. Jennifer has extensive insight and knowledge in the office markets of Riverside, San Bernardino, Corona, Colton and Moreno Valley. She has sold and leased many office buildings and multi-tenant business parks. She manages to close over fifty transactions a year. She specializes in owner/user buildings, investment sales, medical/dental buildings and value add properties.
