Jennifer Houston

Jennifer has a vast resume of working with some of the best retail and restaurant tenants, and leasing urban core retail, mixed-use and grocery anchored centers. Recently, Jennifer spent time leasing in Wynwood, Miami’s MIMO District, West Palm Beach and Tampa-St. Petersburg working with high end restaurants and entertainment concepts from all over the world. Prior to that she spent a decade at Edens as the Director of Leasing for the state of Florida where she focused on merchandising and leasing for all Florida assets. During her time at Edens, Jennifer was the top producer in the country for two years in a row and managed many redevelopments in South Florida, including River Market in Fort Lauderdale, which boasts a tenant lineup of Whole Foods, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Lululemon, Pottery Barn, Sephora, Shake Shack, Drybar, BoConcept and LoveSac. Jennifer started her career at Woolbright Development in Boca Raton, Florida.
