Jennifer Donaldson

Jennifer Donaldson is a Principal of Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura, Inc., a full service commercial real estate brokerage and member of the Lee & Associates group of companies. She specializes in representing tenants and landlords in the leasing of office and medical office properties throughout the Southern California region with a focus in the San Fernando Valley and Westside Los Angeles. Ms. Donaldson has served both the landlord and tenant side of transactions since 1999 offering a comprehensive approach to assignments together with close attention to detail. She assists both institutional and independent landlords to develop leasing and marketing strategies and negotiate leases, and she works extensively with tenants to analyze space needs and evaluate options while guiding them through the leasing process. A native of the San Fernando Valley, Ms. Donaldson also brings in-depth market knowledge and strong ties with the business and brokerage community. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Ms. Donaldson was with DAUM Commercial as Associate Vice President and earlier served with Tiarna Real Estate Services.
