I am a lifetime resident of the Lehigh Valley. I graduated from Easton Area High School and went on to pursue a career in Corporate America. With over 28 years of experience in a service based industry, specializing in business development, marketing and consulting, I have developed a foundation of disciplines that allow me to quickly analyze and put into action a plan that helps businesses succeed. After achieving my real estate license in 2009, I went on to pursue my broker’s license. During my 2nd year in the business I developed Pinnacle Property Management Group for the Century 21 Franchise. By year 3, I was able to not only be the highest producing agent in the C21 Franchise, but in the top 2% of all Century 21 Agents worldwide as well as the 6th highest producing agent in the Lehigh Valley. In 2015 Empire Property Management Group was formed and we moved to a Coldwell Banker Franchise to continue our path, consistently producing at the highest level in every arena. In 2017, my team and I were ranked #1 in volume. Early 2018 we went independent and founded Steel City Realty and Steel Abstract. In 2019 we formed Empire Property Construction. We continue to produce at the highest level possible every day. Empire Capital Fund was founded in 2020 as a resource for investors to keep investing in real estate given the market changes that were expected. The fund is now working on its 3rd large scale rehab project and consistently turning profits exceeding 25% ROI for our investors. In 2021, we closed over 60 Million in Real Estate Transactions and were awarded the Crexi Platinum Broker Award in 2022. My motto is very simple- Exceed Expectations Every Time.
