Jennifer Coots

Jennifer is a senior associate broker, specializing in tenant representation, lease and sales contracts, land development and financial analysis at Cushman & Wakefield’s Greenville office. She adds a comprehensive array of skills and experience in the analysis, marketing and repurposing of historic properties. Jennifer has had over 10 years experience in both the public and private realm since establishing her own consultative historic design firm, Graceful Roots. Jennifer holds a MSc in Conservation of Historic Buildings from University of Bath in Bath, England. She is certified thru the National Development Council as a Historic Real Estate Finance Professional and is an active NC & SC Broker. Jennifer’s former 20-year career in Medical & Capital Sales has also helped create her consultative, solution-oriented approach to Real Estate. Calling upon C-suite healthcare executives and surgeons, she learned the value and importance of customer service, deadlines, cost analysis and attention to detail.
