Taking advantage of the opportunity to work with a leading commercial and residential developer, Jennifer learned firsthand the skill set required to be successful in commercial real estate. While continuing to work in commercial development, specifically restoration in Downtown Monroe’s Historic District, Jennifer decided to step in full time as a licensed real estate agent in October of 2016. Having achieved highest number of Commercial and Land New Listings, Listings Closed, and Sales Closed for 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 with production sales totaling well over $50 million, Jennifer has proven herself to be more than capable and connected in the commercial market. Adding to her longstanding management experience as a Louisiana Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator, Jennifer’s achievements, experience, and qualifications ensure client satisfaction whether buying, selling, investing, or leasing.
