Jenna Maguire

Jenna Maguire has worked in the Commercial Real Estate industry since 2008. Initially focusing on marketing, Jenna transitioned to brokerage full-time in 2013. Since that time, Jenna has leased some of Milwaukee’s most high-profile office projects, including Schlitz Park, The Avenue, The Tannery, Two-Fifty, ASQ Center and more. Jenna focuses primarily on Landlord Representation, she has worked on behalf of some of the most prominent and active area landlords in an effort to negotiate lease transactions and create value through creative marketing and branding strategies. Jenna was named a CoStar Power Broker in 2019 and was part of the Milwaukee Business Journal’s 2021 Forty Under Forty class. In addition, Jenna is part of the Board of Directors for CARW, serving as part of the executive committee. Jenna is a member of TEMPO, Rotary Club of Milwaukee, and Young Wishmakers of Wisconsin (Make a Wish) and regularly volunteers her time with St. Vincent De Paul’s meal program on Milwaukee’s south side.
