Jeffrey Valdes

Jeff was a pioneer in the Portland area first representing tenants & buyers exclusively in 1990. His extensive worldwide cultural background has enabled him to think beyond the traditional lease negotiations process and take a highly relational approach to problem solving. His clients have ranged from start-up companies to established Fortune 100 corporations. His primary focus has been the Pacific Northwest, but many of his clients have requested him to successfully negotiate their other leases throughout the United States. Several times per year Jeff travels to places like India, Nepal & Myanmar where he works with indigenous leaders through his non-profit organization, The Berean Way.
