Jeffrey Stanbrough

Born and raised in Des Moines, Jeff is a third-generation in the real estate business. Since graduating from Simpson College in 1999, he began his career as a mortgage broker for Mortgage One, Inc. After completing 2 successful years in the finance business, Jeff decided to get his real estate license and join his father at Stanbrough Realty Company, a full service commercial real estate firm now located in Clive, Iowa. Since becoming sole owner of Stanbrough Realty Company in 2003, Jeff brokered over $20.5 million in real estate within the first 4 years. He has been engaged in the real estate business for over 14 years now and is focused on growing the brokerage and property management part of this company. Stanbrough Realty Company now has 7 real estate agents and a growing property management team. In 2004, Jeff used his knowledge and background to branch into real estate development and construction. One of his partnerships, Newblood development, was created to construct new homes, townhomes, and commercial buildings within the Des Moines metro area. Newblood Development averages 6-10 homes a year, and currently has a commercial building under construction in Johnston.
